In lots of classrooms and school corridors light is switched manually and stays on until the caretaker comes - or maybe not. Being-there-detectors have proven to be improperly, often because lighting is turned on and out many times a day so the illuminant will be used up faster, as a result the costs raises intensely. Also the switching delay is criticised, nobody likes to walk into a (still) dark corridor.

EcoMaxx LST is a lighting control system for schools, it sends in defined spacings light-out pulses. Therewith the system takes care that the lighting in rooms or corridors  could be switched off professionally and in the most energy-efficient way.

With a free selectable switching time you could optimise the energy consumption of your school. You could define the time to switch off the light centrally for single corridors or rooms, even compilations of rooms and/ or corridors.

Using different circuit stages you could turn out the light in all rooms and corridors in general at 6 PM o'clock, for example. If there is a parent-teacher conference or a school party, you could set easily switching time for turning out the light in all used rooms and corridors per switch to 10 PM o' clock. Of course you could switch manually, despite a central on/off switch, the light as usual on and off.
