Optifox - device description

• Test system with movable optics (AOI)
• Standard: Optics are movable in two directions
• Optional: Optics can be inclined by 15 degrees in 4 directions
• CCD camera with high-resolution OLS optics
• Control: Manual, semi-automatic or via transport system (SMEMA)
• Designed for all PCB types (assembled and unassembled)

System performance

• Focus depth > 30 mm
• Display details: 50 x 70 mm
• The device independently generates an overlap image of the entire board
• No need for fiducials; a reference board is enough
• Recording rate of 35 cm2 per second
• Full test of a E1 Eurocard in under 10 seconds
